Not... This part of it, no. But I've good reason to think it's a part of the Fade, yes. That which lays beyond the Veil. The place most go during dreams - with the notable exception of dwarves.

Not at all. It sounds quite similar in principle, though. Dreams are where the mortal psyche is most vulnerable to anything that may be trying to push into their minds from another plane.
